In 2006, Media Works received a grant from the Verizon Foundation to create a Web site that would educate youth about dating abuse. After several months of researching and planning, we came up with this concept, which lets the user explore an apartment full of examples of dating abuse in various media, including videos, animations, and interactive Flash sections. I was involved in the initial research, and I was the main intern involved in the design and coding for the final Flash site.
